KBY Services completed an intensive site preparation project in Mico, Texas, transforming a challenging rocky landscape into a fully graded and construction-ready homesite. This job required weeks of heavy rock hammering and excavation, breaking through 3+ feet of solid limestone to create a stable foundation footprint. All excavated material was strategically reused on-site, allowing us to build up and reshape the backyard elevation into a smooth, functional slope ideal for future landscaping and outdoor living. Once the home was poured and nearing completion, our team returned to install high-quality base material, followed by precise compaction and final grading across the entire property. This ensured proper drainage, long-term stability, and a clean, polished finish that meets both residential and structural requirements.
