KBY Services completed an extensive, months-long site work and landscaping project in Vintage Oaks, New Braunfels, delivering a full property transformation from the ground up. Our team imported and installed over 30 truckloads of high-quality fill material, expertly rebuilding and stabilizing the terrain to achieve proper elevations across the entire homesite. We removed existing fencing, constructed two large retaining walls using premium limestone butter block, and performed precision grading on the driveway, front yard, and expansive side yard to create a smooth, functional, and aesthetically cohesive layout. Around the pool and newly constructed workshop, we executed detailed grading to ensure proper drainage flow and long-term stability. The project concluded with the installation of fresh sod, landscape enhancements, and final contouring, elevating both curb appeal and usability for the homeowner.
